On Sunday the 13th April 2008 Havering Hockey Club hosted their final Essex mini league fixture of the season, against Old Southendians and Saffron Walden.
Although results were not as good as expected everybody had a good time.
The Under 9s Lost 2-4 to Old Southendians and 0-1 to Saffron Walden, Connor Martin scoring all the goals for Havering.
The Under 11 girls drew 0-0 with Old Southendians and beat Saffron Walden 1-0, captain Ellie Gane scoring.
Under 11 boys lost 1-4 Saffron Walden and 2-4 to Old Southendians the scorer for Havering's goals being Daniel Marsh.
Under 13 boys lost 2-5 to Old Southendians and 1-8 to Saffron Walden. Jack Matthews scored 2 and Ben Stookes the other.
Under 13 girls drew with Saffron Walden 2-2 and lost 1-3 to Old Southendians with all Havering's goals being scored by Philippa Wilson.
Havering's last fixture of the season will be the final annual Essex League Festival at Old Loughtonians Hockey Club on Sun 11th May 2008.
